Although originally an automotive engineer, involvement with three dot.com era venture-capital funded technology start-ups ignited an interest in deploying internet solutions. Returning to Brisbane from London & founding iFactory in 2004 with its aim to be the internet factory for business decision makers. Continually evolving internet solutions delivered to a strong growing client-base have enabled iFactory to expand affording a move to more strategic role within the company.

Todd Simpson,

Todd complements the dynamic technical skills of our team with 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of dynamic marketing strategies. He has the astute ability to take your ideas, to build on them and then deliver these ideas to our technical team in such a way as to get your dreams & aspirations to come alive on the internet.

Graham Howlett,

Business Development Manager

Graham has been part of the multimedia and web industry since the early 1990’s and has broad experience in business development in the areas of multimedia, website and web application development.

Graham can work with you from the concept stage, to help you develop your online solution – whether it be a standard content managed website, or a more complex eCommerce or eBusiness solution. He also has skills in developing educational interactive games for use in kiosks or online.

Emily Sullivan,

Sales Coordinator

Emily joined iFactory as a Business Graduate in Management & Public Relations. She is looking forward to beginning a career in the web solutions industry while at the same time implementing her own fresh ideas! Emily has previously worked in customer service & she brings with her to iFactory experience in strengthening client relationships.

Mark McCarthy,

Project Manager

Mark adopts to the motto of ‘Creative leadership through inspiration’. With over 13 years industry experience as a Senior Multimedia Designer and Project Manager, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team that is second to none. Mark’s extensive design experience is complimented by a strong technical know-how which ensures projects and solutions are delivered on time, on budget and beyond client expectations.

James Bolden,

Account Manager

Hailing from the UK, James has a BA (Hons) in Design Marketing from the University of Teesside. Following uni he enjoyed working at a leading Web Design agency in London honing his design skills in website creation, branding and flash animation.

6 years later, and following a year travelling round the world, he gained the position of E-commerce + Online Marketing Manager at the UK's 2nd largest furniture retailer. Analysing the available trade data he targeted opportunities to maximise sales with carefully managed promotional offers which were then supported by well designed email marketing. It was only a couple of years before the draw of Australia, and a local girl, brought him back to Brisbane to live. He now brings his experience to iFactory and it's ever expanding band of international experts!

Mary-Ann Roche,

Recently joining the iFactory team, Mary-Ann brings more than 11 years experience in the online industry having been instrumental in the formation of several successful start-up online companies. Having worked for Companies both here and in the US, Mary-Ann brings expertise in various areas such as: managing and mentoring teams, online customer acquisition and retention strategies, payment gateways, media buying, affiliate program management, Organic and Paid Search and more.

Roslyn George,

Accounts Manager

Roslyn brings a wealth of expertise organising the finances of professional services firms and has joined iFactory to ensure we respond to our clients account needs.

Cameron Whitney,

Senior Developer

Cameron has a background based in multimedia, flash and web development which began in 1999. Cameron has spent five years as lead programmer/developer for one of Australia's largest interactive agencies. During this time he worked on many award winning web and multimedia projects. With over 7 years of solid web programming/development experience, Cameron's comprehensive development skills are built upon an excellent understanding of usability and accessibility. Cameron is such a dead-set legend that Mickey Mouse wears a Cameron Whitney watch.

Kristen Ashton,

Digital Designer

With degrees in Interaction Design and Information Management, Kristen has been designing in the digital space for 8 years. She has worked with clients in nearly every industry, creating everything from websites to animated greeting cards. In her spare time she likes to photograph rockstars.

Joining us from Nagoya, Japan, Hiro has specialised in development and maintenance of market research websites for over 6 years.

Jonathan Barton,

Internet Developer

Returning to Australia after 7 years in London, Jonathan brings his development knowledge from working on some big brand sites such as ABC, IBM, Sky and Bentley Motors. In his spare time he discusses the latest episodes of Peppa Pig with his (nearly) three year old daughter.
